I was raised in Great Falls, Montana. My summers were spent working with my father, Ed Nessan, on a central Montana farm. When I finished school, I helped my father in a variety of large farm and ranch operations which involved dry land farming, irrigated (sprinkler and flood) farming, feedlots, and pastured cattle.

Farming and ranching kept me and my family very busy. But in 1987, I obtained my real estate license so I could help others buy and sell farms and ranches across Montana. Over the past 38+ years, I've brokered multimillion dollar sales of farms, ranches, and commercial properties. I also continue to own and operate farm/ranch and commercial property of my own.
