I grew up near Great Falls, Montana…
I spent summers working with my father, Ed Nessan, on a farm in central Montana. After I finished school, I helped my father in various large farm and ranch operations. This involved dry land and irrigated (both sprinkler and flood) farming, feedlots, and pastured cattle.
Farming and ranching kept me and my family very busy. But in 1987, I obtained my real estate license so I could help others buy and sell farms and ranches across Montana. Over the past 35+ years, I’ve brokered multimillion dollar sales of farm, ranch and commercial property. I also continue to own and operate farm/ranch and commercial property of my own.
